This is the story of Mustafa, an Iranian boy whose carefree childhood was interrupted by the government’s brutality towards his father, his sole transgression being the support of the opposition leader at the elections.

Publikacija pruža kratak teorijski okvir za razumevanje pojma ksenofobije kao oblika manipulacije koji za cilj ima izazivanje straha i hostilnosti kod stanovništva prema strancima, pre svega izbeglicama i migrantima.
Centar za istraživanje i razvoj društva IDEAS postala je nova članica Evropskog saveta za izbeglice i izgnanike (ECRE), jedne od najuglednijih koalicija koja okuplja više od 100 organizacija iz 40 zemalja koje u svom mandatu imaju zaštitu i unapređenje prava izbeglica, tražilaca azila i raseljenih lica.
Trogodišnja uspešna primena projekta UNHCR-a i UNDP-a ”Lokalne inicijative za bolju socijalnu uključenost mladih Roma i Romkinja u Srbiji” obeležena je krajem prošle godine virtuelnom izložbom radova čiji su autori i autorke bili mladi Romi, izbeglice i tražioci azila.
Dati ljudski lik brojkama, objašnjavati razloge za beg izbeglica, pisati o njihovim sposobnostima i ljudskom kapitalu, njihovom doprinosu društvu umnogome bi pomoglo da se razveju zablude, smatra Frančeska Boneli, šefica Predstavništva Agencije UN za izbeglice (UNHCR) u Srbiji.
