If you feel that we have not provided adequate support or that you have suffered any
harm, you can submit a complaint by emailing office@ideje.rs. Please write COMPLAINT
in the subject line and briefly explain your concerns. Your complaint will be handled
confidentially. If your complaint concerns a member of our staff or an IDEAS partner,
the person concerned will not be informed that you have made a complaint against them.
An impartial person will review your complaint and take the necessary steps. We will
acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing.
