Towards Sustainable Social Inclusion: A Handbook for Implementing Social-Inclusion Measures at the Level of Centres for Social Work
The handbook guides professional staff in Centres for Social Work through five stages of work with recipients of Financial Social Assistance: from the initial interview and assessment, through the individual support plan, to motivating recipients and coordinating services in the community. It was developed to fill the methodological gap that emerged after the Constitutional Court, in 2022, repealed part of the legal framework for the implementation of social-inclusion measures.
